When you contact Afyatele Centre using this website, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you submit. Please do not include sensitive medical information in the form.
The website sends your enquiry to the clinic by email and does not save it in a website database. Clinic staff use it to respond and handle related follow-up. We delete enquiry emails within 90 days after the enquiry is resolved, unless they are needed for ongoing care, a dispute, or a legal or clinical record obligation.
